A: All containers are set on the ground.

A: Access to Warehouse: Mon to Sat 08:00 – 20:00, Sun and public holiday 09:00 – 18:00.
If you wish to come after hours please call 2744 6118 for advance notice, no fare is needed.

A: 2 months deposit are required to pay for each container, so you need to pay deposit and 1 month rent, which means you need to pay 3 months rent in total.
Deposit are required to pay when registration by cheque or cash or bank transfer

A: On the first month, the invoice will given you when registration. After that, the invoice will send to you though email 7 days before the rental date.
Eg. Registration and start rental date: 14 July, the first invoice will be on 14 July. The second invoice will be on 7 Aug, and so on.

A: No, you do not need to sign long-term lease. Customers can load their goods into the container on the same day you sign the lease. Our lease can be as short as 1 month.

A: Please be assured, flooding will not be occur.

A: You can drive to the front of the container and transport your goods.

A: Sorry, you should arrange transportation by your own members. Forklift truck (outsourced) is available for hire and hand pallet truck is free to use.
If needs, we can refer other company for transferring goods.

A: Customer need to buy the goods insurance by yourself.
